1.Application
XGJ-10M Touch Screen hydrostatic blasting test machine is suitable for the determination of the damage resistance time of thermoplastic pipes under the condition of instantaneous hydraulic blasting of pipes and long-term constant pressure. It is an indispensable testing instrument for scientific research institutes, quality inspection departments and pipe manufacturers.
The hydrostatic testing machine uses computer embedded control. Modular design for individual control. If there is a problem in any way, as long as the stop valve of the current station is closed, it will not affect the normal operation of other stations. It has pipe rupture identification, real-time monitoring, call data recovery, printing, storage test results, sample pre-processing settings. 3.Working principle:
The machine can be used for both hydrostatic and blasting tests. The parameters such as the ring stress, wall thickness and average outer diameter of the pipe are input on the PC, and the test pressure is automatically calculated. The test pressure can also be manually input according to actual experience. The computer transmits to the lower computer (mcu) through the RS232 serial bus. The lower machine automatically applies constant pressure to the pipe. The high pressure piston pump generates a high pressure liquid pressure source. After the pressure control system, the high pressure hose is delivered to the medium temperature thermostat. In the sample, a long-term hydrostatic test or a blast test of the pipe is performed.
